A new digital home for a fast-growing lighting brand
Firelight Lighting approached us in need of a complete digital transformation. As a fast-growing brand recognised for its bespoke, sculptural lighting collections, the company had outgrown its existing website. The platform no longer reflected the quality of the product, the maturity of the brand, or the ambition of the team behind it.

They needed a new digital home that could showcase their craftsmanship, communicate the story behind each collection, and provide the foundation for the next stage of growth.

Discovery and strategy
The project began with a deep discovery phase to understand the business, its customers, and the wider market. We facilitated stakeholder workshops, audited the existing brand and digital ecosystem, reviewed competitor positioning, and gathered insights from architects, interior designers and private clients who specify Firelight pieces.

From this we built a clear strategic foundation: a refined brand positioning, a sharper tone of voice, and a content framework that could carry the brand across every touchpoint.
Photography and content production
To support the new platform we produced a full library of original content. Our team led an extensive shoot programme across multiple locations, capturing the collections in both studio conditions and real interiors. The result is a body of work that highlights the craft, materiality and atmosphere of each piece, giving the brand a distinctive visual signature that runs through the site, social channels and printed collateral.


Designing and building the website
The new website was designed and built from the ground up. Every page was considered around how clients actually browse, specify and enquire about lighting. Collections are presented with the depth they deserve, individual products are easy to compare and download as technical sheets, and the editorial sections give space for stories about the studio, the makers and the projects.


Under the surface, the site is built on a flexible content management system that allows the team to publish new collections, projects and journal entries without relying on a developer.
Beyond the launch
Our engagement extends well beyond launch. We continue to work with Firelight as a long-term creative partner, producing ongoing content, refining the digital experience, and helping the brand respond to new opportunities, from press features and trade shows to upcoming product launches, sustainable design choices, and greater transparency around the design process itself.
