What a day with us usually looks like.
Solo videographer days
One experienced shooter with cinema camera, proper sound and lighting. Enough kit to make it look considered, small enough to stay out of the way. Best for interviews, site visits, founder pieces and social content.
Videographer plus crew
When the brief needs a second camera, a sound recordist or a producer on the day, we scale up from the same team rather than subcontracting strangers.
Hybrid video and stills
One person capturing video and photography on the same day. Usually cheaper than booking two freelancers, and the look holds together because one pair of eyes framed both.
Event and conference videography
Conferences, launches, awards and activations across the city. Highlight edits turned around same day when the schedule needs them.
Edit included, not an extra
The person who filmed it is the person who cuts it, in our own suite. No handing rushes to an editor who was not there and hoping the intent survives.

How much does a videographer cost in Manchester?
Quoted bespoke, from £350 per day. The final figure depends on how many shoot days you need, whether it is a solo videographer or a small crew, and how involved the edit is. We quote fixed before any work begins.
Do you work as a freelance videographer or as a studio?
Both, depending on what the job needs. Plenty of work is a single videographer on a day rate. Larger briefs bring in a producer, second camera or sound recordist from the same team.
Is the edit included in the day rate?
The edit is quoted alongside the shoot rather than hidden in it, so you can see both figures. The person who filmed it edits it, in our own suite in Wigan.
Where in Manchester do you film?
Across the city and the wider region. The studio is at 11 Oxford Road, Altrincham, on the Metrolink into town, so central Manchester, Salford, MediaCity, Trafford and Stockport are all short journeys. We travel nationwide for larger projects.
Can you film and photograph on the same day?
Yes. Hybrid days are one of the most common things we get asked for, and they usually cost less than booking a videographer and a photographer separately.
How quickly can you turn an edit around?
Event highlights can be delivered the same day. A standard brand or corporate edit is typically one to two weeks from the shoot, faster if the deadline needs it.
Are you insured?
Fully. £5m public liability, £2m professional indemnity and all kit insured. Certificates and risk assessments are available for venues and procurement teams.
Can you cover a shoot at short notice?
Often, yes. Availability moves week to week, so the quickest answer is to send the date through the contact form or book a twenty minute call.
