02What we do

Event coverage for Manchester brands, venues and agencies.

  • Conferences & summits

Keynotes, panels, breakout rooms and delegate moments. Multi-photographer cover on request for parallel stages, with a press-ready hero set delivered same day.

  • Awards & gala dinners

Arrivals, ceremony, trophy moments and table candids. Edited gallery and a tight press pack ready before the room empties.

  • Launches & activations

Product launches, store openings and brand activations across Manchester. Editorial-style coverage suited to PR placement and brand channels.

  • Hospitality & VIP

Suite, paddock and hospitality coverage where discretion and pace both matter. Recently delivered for hospitality at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

  • Sport & motorsport

Trackside, sideline and post-match coverage. Tight turnaround for press, social and sponsor obligations.

  • Private functions

Selective coverage of private parties, anniversaries and celebrations where an editorial eye fits the room better than a traditional event shooter.

05FAQ

Questions, answered.

  • How much does an event photographer cost in Manchester?

Events are quoted bespoke against the agenda, from £350 per day. The final figure depends on number of photographers, event length, edit turnaround and any extras like on-site printing or live ingest.

  • How fast do you deliver event photos?

A social-ready edit of 15 to 30 hero frames within two hours of the moment, and the full edited gallery within 48 hours as standard. Faster turnarounds available, flag them at briefing.

  • Can you cover parallel stages or multi-room events?

Yes. We assign multiple photographers from our roster, with a lead coordinating the shot list so nothing critical is missed. Common for conferences, awards and festivals.

  • Where in Manchester do you cover?

Manchester city centre, the Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, MediaCity, Old Trafford, the Etihad Campus, conference venues and hotels across Greater Manchester. Cheshire and the North West too.

  • Are you insured for large events?

Fully. £5m public liability, £2m professional indemnity and all kit individually insured. Certificates available for venue or client procurement.

  • Who owns the photos?

You do. Commercial usage rights transfer on payment for the agreed channels, typically all-media, in perpetuity, worldwide. The photographer retains portfolio-use rights only. All licensing is in writing before the event.
