As part of our ongoing partnership with UNDERFOUND, we were tasked with designing and delivering a completely new digital booking and retail experience that reflected the brand's premium positioning while improving convenience for its growing customer base.

The project centred around the creation of a bespoke mobile application, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. From the earliest stages, our focus was on developing an interface that felt intuitive, modern, and unmistakably UNDERFOUND. Every touchpoint was carefully considered to create a seamless experience, whether customers were booking appointments, shopping products, or engaging with the wider brand.

Designing the launch, not just the product

The launch of a new platform is only successful if customers adopt it. With this in mind, we developed a comprehensive communication strategy designed to guide existing clients through the transition while also using the opportunity to attract new customers.

A coordinated campaign was delivered across multiple channels, combining email marketing, printed materials, and video content to ensure the message reached customers wherever they interacted with the brand. Existing clients were supported throughout the migration process with clear guidance and education, helping to minimise disruption while encouraging early adoption.

Alongside customer retention, the campaign was designed to support acquisition. By showcasing the benefits of the new platform and reinforcing UNDERFOUND's premium service offering, the launch became more than a software update. It became a powerful marketing opportunity that strengthened brand perception and introduced new audiences to the business.

The result was a cohesive digital ecosystem that connected booking, retail, and customer engagement into a single experience, creating a stronger foundation for future growth while delivering a smoother, more convenient journey for every customer.
